The American Pyrotechnic Association Directory of State Laws can help you to identify which agencies have authority over fireworks in your state.

Being located in Wisconsin, I am most familiar with this state's requirements. Therefore Wisconsin will be the first state specific page to be created.

As more information becomes availabe regarding various state laws, I will add pages to address the laws for other states.

If you can provide specific information for other states, please contact me via email. I will need link information to the applicable state statutes that govern fireworks in the state, a link to the agency charged with enforcement, and any other specific information you can provide.
